I don't think that there is any such problem! How can you get a high from vitamins? Vitamins are essential for the body and they have a wide variety of uses. Lack of vitamins in the body can cause many problems but I have never heard of too many vitamins causing problems. If you know something that I don't then urge you to share it. But you should be more concerned about Vitamin deficiency than anything else. Lack of vitamin D in the body can cause serious problems and there are several supplements that can be used to improve your levels.

All vitamins are very good for health but when you take in limited amount. High intake any nutrients can causes health problems. *Vitamin D good for bone , health. When you take high amount of vitamin D may cause difficulty n breathing, rash or swelling, chest pain, tightness, hives
