Are you looking for foods that contain vitamin A and vitamin C separately, or are you looking for food items that contain both vitamins? You need to be more specific in your question. As far as foods that contain both vitamins go, I guess you can opt for oranges. Oranges have massive levels of vitamin C, and they also have vitamin A. Carrots contain both vitamins too, and they're especially rich in vitamin A. Eat more green and leafy vegetables if you're looking to beef up the content of vitamins A and C in your body. Avoid eating nuts and potatoes. These are good for health, yes, but when it comes to these specific vitamins, they have very low levels of them.
