    Fruits are no doubt the best thing out of all the foods.They are packed with nutrients and help you in many ways.So you should include 1-2 serving with your diet to maintain your health.

    Hi

    I want to include one more fruit -mangosteen; it is a tropical fruits which is not related to mango. Mangosteen has superfruit properties & also has medicinal properties may be attributed to compounds called tannins in the rind . Tannins have anti-inflammatory, antiseptic & astringent properties. It is useful for diarrhes, irritable bowel syndrome & skin conditions.
