Most sugar substitutes are sweeter than sugar. In fact some of the substitutes are so sweet doctors advice not use them. You need to use very little of these natural sugar substitutes. Some of the main ones that are available in the market include,
    • Fructose
    • Single Blossom Honey
    • Sylitol
    • Brazzein
    • Glyerol
    • Stevia with FOS
    • Pentadin
    • Mannitol
Always use limited amounts and try not to use it too often. Some of these can cause heart problems in the long run or even lead to diabetes. Fructose based substitutes should be dealt with very carefully.

    Hi

I agree with above discussion. Sugar substitutes is called as Artificial sweeteners. It is advisable for who want to lose weight & diabetes. BUt qty should be limited, because some times it leads to some side effects.
