The south beach phase one diet consists of four separate stages and this includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The south beach is a tasteless diet for the most part and it concentrates on the consumption of proteins and vegetables.
It's not nice at all. I tried it and I gave up on the second day itself. Who on earth wants to eat vegetables and proteins early in the morning. Fruit, starch and milk are strictly prohibited and you can't even have a cup of coffee. There are much better diets out there and I suggest you take one of them up instead.
