Eating before workout is extremely necessary especially if its morning workout and after workout its important to have a healthy diet so as to help recovering from muscle tear .We should never workout with an empty stomach as it may hinder your energy level and thus you will feel easy exhausted. Before doing any exercises or performing any workout. We should not have any thing before atleast 25 min depending upon the type of meals we are consuming. If we want to exercise after a light snack then we need to take a gap of atleast 25 min and if we want to do exercises after a lunch or dinner , we need to exercises atleast with a gap of 45 min between meals and workout. This gap is so as to allow the adequate blood supply to reach our stomach and intestine for proper digestion. Also we can have a 2-3 sips of water if you feel like to have as our body should be well hydrated while working out.

yes, u should eat. One should leave gap btwafter or before ur workout- 45-60mins. Take more of complex carbs, fruits, fruits juices, etc. Try to avoid more of caffeine content foods, fatty foods & more of refined foods.
