    Pre exercise nutrition is very important as during the workout session, your body goes through tremendous pressure and uses its nutrients to convert them into energy.Carbohydrates are the best energy fuels. Carbohydrates are broken down directly to glucose which will power your workout. Consume high-carbohydrate, low-fat food.Avoid Fats as they are slow to digest, takes longer time to absorb.Take care of this thing that there should be a gap of atleast 1 hour between your food intake and exercise.

    Yes it is very necessary to eat before exercise as it helps to be energetic during workout. But eat 1 hour before workout.
