on internet everywhere u see you only find western style diet plans. Unfortunately nobody has diet samples for veggie indans. Its sad. Iam looking for seven day meal planner fultu- deshi -istyle. Please help me. Its hard to find correct calories in example: chapati, dal etc. please if u have a check list it would be totally awesome.
I don't think a sample diet plan is such a good idea as it will not take into account your food preferences. When you are on a diet by yourself it is better to follow the general advice and see what suits your body and what doesn't and use this data to make your own plan. This will also help a lot in sticking to the diet because if the plan is such that many items you don't like then you are not going to stick to it for long and the weight will come back.
but may be a outline for daily eating can help to maintain ur intake calories.. I always juggle to decide wht to eat and when so a indian diet guildline or a sample diet will be very helpful. Plz help. Thanks
