As long as you don't eat too much bacon its fine! Most restaurants that serve a mean breakfast will include lots of bacon and sausages in the breakfast. All of this contains lots of saturated fat and you are likely to put on weight if you eat them regularly. Ideally you want to eat breakfast at home and make sure its something light but filing. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and your body needs nourishment first thing in the morning. Eating out once a week or so is fine and make sure you work it out in the gym as soon as possible. :)

It depends on, what you going to have? Breakfast is more important meal in a day. thus you should include more of high fiber foods, veggies, etc. My suggestion is regular eating in restaurants is not healthy for health.
