    Red banana is very good for your health. Many don't know it but there are lots of benefits you can get by eating red banana. Red banana is very good for your heart. Along with the heart it also is good for the nervous system of your body as it has potassium in it which also helps the muscles. Red bananas are good for your kidneys and bones because it also has calcium and bones become stronger because of calcium. Red banana also helps in increasing the amount of hemoglobin in your blood because of the various vitamins present in red bananas.
