It's a dream for every young man and woman to have the body a Greek God and sultry temptress respectively. And while there are many ways to go about it, dieting seems to have caught on the imagination of all youngsters who are even just a tad heavier more than their idols. While when practiced properly, dieting is definitely beneficial, regulating the number of minerals and nutrients taken in as well as ensuring the body's requirements are met. However, rash dieting has its misgivings and big ones at that. The popularity of the size zero figures in the glamour world makes situations only worse.
