There are several so called weight loss diets and some of them work and some of them don't. Let me put it this way, unless you try it out there is no way to say whether you will lose weight or not. Losing weigh is a complicated process and the best weight loss diet will include a low carb and high protein diet. Also exercising is very important, if you don't exercise then your workout wont be effective.
