What do you mean by that? There are no best and worst proteins when it comes to nutrition; you need all the proteins that you can get. Proteins are very essential and should be a part of every balanced diet. They help in muscle building and also in the entire body's growth. You should ensure that your diet is not all protein, though, because carbohydrates are essential for supplying energy for all body processes. Fats are essential in low quantities and in healthy forms. Once you frame a diet that comprises of all essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals, you can work towards leading a healthy lifestyle.
