Diet pills are essentially appetite suppressants. My daughter went through a phase during her later teenage years and she insisted on losing weight using diet pills. All her friends were using them and she lost a lot of weight and became pale and thin. Diet pills were all the rage during the1990's and some were even proven to be harmful for the body. During the 1990's many health people were having heart problems due these diet pills. Diet pills are designed for those are obese and if you need to lose a lot of weight then go in for them.
