Orange juice before workout

Is having orange juice before workout beneficial ?

    It is pretty important for everybody to stay properly hydrated whenever you go for a work out. But for that the drinking of fruit juice is really a very good choice. If you are being headed out to run a few meters or doing a heavy work out at the gym, you will definitely be in need of staying properly hydrated. There are some people who carry along fruit juice with them filled in a bottle. They use it to have some sips while they set in for running it out on that machine called treadmill. If they want to replace liquid with the presence of electrolytes they of course need to be in the top form.

    Yes, Orange juice is full of nutrients like vitamins & minerals which is required for health & maintain the body for dehydrates. Drink orange juice or any complex foods before 30-45mins.
