Yes of course it is! My eleven year old son is 20 kilos overweight. Doctors have already started advising us about possible heart disease problems. And the sole reason for obesity is fast food. He is a big fan of pizzas and he can eat a full sized pepperoni at one go. Now we have put him on a diet and we make sure that he does not eat anymore of this junk. He is currently on a fruit and vegetable diet. Another contributing factor is sodas. HE used to drink at least three sodas a day in school and the sugar content has made him overweight.
