    What are you getting at, here? There are no significant nutritious foods that are commonly prescribed. People just need to frame a diet that goes well with their requirements and load their bodies up with the calories and nutrients that they need. You can look for common foods that are also nutritious on the other hand. Examples of such food items will include all vegetables and fruits, especially green and leafy vegetables, carrots, leeks, fennel, garlic, spinach, green beans and peas, broccoli, asparagus and tomatoes. Low fat items like low fat cheese, yoghurt and slim milk are good for health too.
