Neem Powder

I just spotted some neem powder at the local health food store. I know it has many benefits...just wanted to know how and how much of it I can/should consume!

@ Sanskruti neem undoubtedly is a very good herb .But without proper ayurvedic consultation don't take it (or even any other ayurvedic medicine).
Avoid using neem supplements on children as it may cause complications or sometimes even death.

It is not recommended to pregnant or nursing women to use neem. Those who have impaired liver or kidney function should also take great caution.
