maintaining weight/ losing 1 pound per week

hii
am very glad to say that finally after 80days of dieting i have reached my goal weight

i was 110kg previously
now i am 73 (empty stomach) :p

well now is the true test where u are free to eat anything but fear of weight gain is chilling after going through so much to lose it

just want people to post any plan to lose 1kg per week or 1pound also will do or even half pound

please any tips on weight management and how many calories perday to maintain this weight or lose less than 1kg

    Hi rahil,
    First of all congratulations that you have reached your goal. To maintain your weight you should follow some tips given below-
    * Have Short and frequent meals. Dont give a gap of 2 or more hrs between your meals.
    * Add fruits and salads to your diet. They are not only good source of Vitamins and Antioxidants, but are also a good source of Fibre that is required for bowel movements and Digestion.
    * Add Beans, Ridge gourd and Bottle gourd to your diet. They are an excellent source of fibre.
    * Eat Apple and Guava regularly.
    * Always watch 'what and how much' you are eating. You are the best guide to yourself.
    * Exercise regularly. Even a small walk after dinner makes a huge difference. It is also important to change the exercises that you do regularly.
    * Lastly, Cut down eating refined foods- Processed foods, Maida based products, synthetic based supplements and confectioneries. Let your diet be as Natural as it can.

    useful tips priyanka, along with that , drink plenty of water & make a habit of drinking plenty of warm water after every meals.
