First things first - low carb diets are not for everyone. These diets have a fair share of disadvantages, so if you try and follow a low carb diet without learning about your metabolism rates and your body's nature - you'll find out that you've been barking up the wrong tree. You can follow a low carb diet by opting for peanut butter flax cereal in the morning. For lunch, you can have some salad with dark lettuce, romaine, sweet and sour lime dressing and chicken meat. Eat almonds for snacks whenever you're hungry and cut off all junk food and soft drinks.
