A vegan diet is the best to lose weight and stay slim, while at the same time staying healthy. As you may know a vegan diet doesn't contain any sort of animal products, as they all come from the factory farm. The best thing about a vegan diet is that you do not need to deprive yourself of food. In fact you can eat all you want and stay slim at the same time. A low calorie vegan diet would include fresh vegetable salads, healthy vegetable soups, veg sandwiches, tasty casseroles, etc. Such a diet will surely help you keep those precious calories away and make you feel healthier than ever.

Kate is right, Breakfast is good time to fill the fresh fruits, whole grains, legumes, etc. High fiber cereals are good option in vegan diet. Midmor- Buttermilk, high fiber biscuits, brown bread, etc. Lunch- dalia, brown rice, wheat roti or ragi ball with veg sabji, veg salad, low fat curd. Evening- coffee or tea, bhel or high fiber biscuits. Dinner- Same as lunch or breakfast with veg salad. Choose healthy cooking style, use very less oil, sugar & salt.
