Midmor- Buttermilk, high fiber biscuits, brown bread, etc. Lunch- dalia, brown rice, wheat roti or ragi ball with veg sabji, veg salad, low fat curd. Evening- coffee or tea, bhel or high fiber biscuits. Dinner- Same as lunch or breakfast with veg salad. Choose healthy cooking style, use very less oil, sugar & salt.
