lose body fat percentage

im new to this n to a set diet, but i was wondering what is the best way to make your body fat percebtage go down

    The best way is to follow a proper diet (with no junk food) and exercise routine. You should specially include strength training in your schedule to build more muscles.

    Hi Dasha,

    As Varun mentioned, there is always 2 main things to be kept in mind while losing weight - Eating the right kind of food on regular intervals and exercises regularly. Drinking wholesome amount of water/ any form of liquid (juices/ buttermilk) is equally important to avoid dehydration. Read the attached article, might help u:

    I think that there are many ways to lose our fat but the ways of reducing body of all are different but though you'll try walking,cycling or yoga for lose your fat.
