Lose body fat but not weight

I want to know how I can reduce my body fat and make my muscles bigger. I am thinking about going on a low carb diet and high protein diet. Is this advisable? I need advice on what to eat.

    By gaining muscle and keeping your weight same, you will reduce your body fat percentage. Eat plenty of protein and keep training on the weights. If done properly you'll improve your lean muscle and as a result the percentage of your body made up of fat will decrease as your muscle mass increases.

    to reduce fat,you have to work out,and to gain muscles also one needs muscle training by lifting weights.best done in fully equippe gym.somhow i dont believe in certain diets like high protien etc,keep a balance diet,small portions,avoid refined,sugary and oily food.

    The trick to losing fat is to make sure that some of your exercise three or four days a week includes aerobic activity. It definitely is possible to build muscle from lifting weights and still carry a fair amount of fat. True, muscle mass does help to reduce fat because it requires more energy to make it work.

    I don't think that there is no way to lose body fat without weight. Fat is because of weight so we have to lose both of this.
