There are many problems involved with following a low carb diet, and the main problem lies in the fact that low carb diets trigger off irregular weight loss. People lose weight soon as they start on their low carb diet, but this is actually due to dehydration and muscle burning. This is not to be confused with healthy weight loss. People who follow low carb diets will also start experiencing sugar withdrawals after a point as they lose touch with complex carbohydrates. Lethargy, dizziness and constant headaches are side effects of such sugar withdrawals. Emotional withdrawals are also common among people who take up low carb diets.
