Korean Oil massages use a technique of deep tissue massage. The massage is executed on an individual when the individual is lying back and reclining on a table. The fundamental principle of such a massage is in its unique combination of sinuous movements that help in creating therapeutic effects not only for the body but the focus is also on the soul in creating positive energy. Techniques used are targeting deliberate amounts of pressure to relax the chosen points along the body, conventional massaging strokes, the yin yang therapy, ballistic stretching, and the Korean energy at work. Muscle strains, stress and anxiety, other forms of sports injuries, severe headache and depression can all be treated through such massages.
