    Some of the Korean food nutrition facts that I can tell you are as follows
    The food is high in calories and fat percentage.
    Some of the foods may contain high percentage of carb and proteins in it.
    The people follow their cultural food because they think it is very healthy and hygienic for them.
    The people cook such foods because they are proud of their cuisine and rich varied food.
    The people find that they have many benefits to their food and hence they always enjoy having it.
    Some of the most followed food is the Doenjang and Kimchi. Both these dishes are popular because they have Korean ingredients and superb flavors and also considered very healthy.
