    Watermelon is wonderful summer fruit . Which contains 92% of water , more of minerals & vitamins so it is very healthy our diet. It has many health benefits like : Eating watermelon has many benefits , helps to protect against the negative effects of macular degeneration.Antioxidant in water are helps to kill cancer causing free radicals, especially helps to prevent heart & colon cancer. It helps to give good energy & contains good amount minerals , vitamins .
