    Hi

Yes, Vitamin E is good for reducing cataracts. Normally older people gets eye problems especially cataracts which abnormal growth in the eye's lens & results in cloudy vision. High intake of Vitamin E gives better lens clarity as compared to others & antioxidant in vitamin E helps to delays the growth of cataracts.
