    Yes, soups of green leafy vegetables, broccoli,mustard greens, spinach, tomatoes etc rich in vitamins and minerals. They are rich source of iron, Vitamin A, C and K.

    I agree, soups contain concentrated amount of all vitamins and minerals. Apart from the regular vegetable soup, you can have dal or pulses soup as well. All the dal soups are rich in protein. sometimes you can even add vegetables to it.
