No doubt, soup is one of best way to get nutrition to our body. Soup can also help boost the body's immune system by helping provide the body with plenty of minerals and vitamins it needs to function properly each day.
I agree, soups contain concentrated amount of all vitamins and minerals. Apart from the regular vegetable soup, you can have dal or pulses soup as well. All the dal soups are rich in protein. sometimes you can even add vegetables to it.
