A very healthy, light and filling snack. A cup of air popped popcorn has only about 30 calories, 6 g. carbohydrates, 1 g. protein, 1 g. fiber and almost no fat, if you do not add butter. If you do not like to have it plain, add a pinch of garlic, onion or pepper powder. Occasionally, you can add some grated cheese. And, it is a whole grain. It is very easy to prepare at home in a very short time. If you consume them without any added fat, not only is it a tasty, fun snack, but healthy too. Wow! Feels great, isn’t it?
