Is it right to drink water during workouts?

    Yes you can drink water in between work outs but sips of water to keep your body hydrated because too much water is lost during workout in the form of sweating.which can lead to dehydration.So its fine to sip up the water.

    You should sip up water to be proper hydrated.

    It is essential that you keep sipping water throughout your workout as your losing water through sweating and also since more than 2/3rd of our muscles are made of up of water, so we need to keep them well hydrated for optimal efficiency.

    yes, as priyanka said. During workout you should drink water or any fruit juice or glucose water or buttermilk or any liquids to maintain your proper hydrated level.
