Basically ,Eating out everyday can be unhealthy because it contains trans fats , high calories , it can made by unhealthy refined flour, high sugars , unhealthy cooking styles., etc.,

No its not at all healthy..If you are eating out daily you are giving invitation to many health problems primarily obesity which is thr root of all the health problems.So its better to stop eating outside and try to eat a healthy and n utritious food.
I agree that what you eat is important no matter where you eat. But if you eat out everyday and if your are looking for healthy option, probably limited option will be there. And every day you cannot eat the same thing. Even if you continue to have, you might end up in a diet which might not be nutrient rich. So its very important to have a balanced a and wholesome diet which in rich in nutrient.
