Yes, I am pretty sure that it is! Corn flakes are a healthy and easy option for breakfast. In fact it doesn't come much easier than that. A breakfast that takes less than a minute to prepare is like a dream for most mothers. Corn flakes can be turned into a super healthy food by adding strawberries and pistachios as well. But the main problem with corn flakes is that we tend to add to much sugar into the milk and this can cause havoc in the body. You could try using sugar substitutes and make sure that you don't overdo it.

NO doubt, Corn flakes with skimmed milk is very healthy breakfast for all. It is very easy & healthy breakfast. You can include fruits like banana, strawberries, nuts, grapes, etc. It is excellent source of fibers, b-vitamins & minerals.
