    Hi

Green tea contains powerful antioxidants called catechin polyphenols that are responsible for many of the health benefits. One of them in particular, has been found to stimulate the metabolism and accelerate weight loss & polyphenols which activate the enzyme that is responsible for dissolving excess triglyceride.

White tea is processed form of tea avilable & it contains the highest amount of antioxidants. Antioxidants are nutrients that help protect your body from damage within, which is caused by free radicals. White tea contains a certain type of antioxidants that are called flavonoids. These flavonoids have been shown to be extremely effective in the prevention of cancer causing cells within the human body. Catechins are yet another type of antioxidant, which have been found in scientific studies to be effective in reducing cholesterol levels. By thinning your blood, lowering your bad cholesterol levels, promoting healthy arteries and preventing them from hardening, as well as reducing blood pressure, white tea can help protect your heart and prevent heart attack, as well as promote a healthy circulatory system throughout your body. regular consumption of white tea can improve bone density, and thus improve bone strength. The antioxidants within white tea can also help people suffering from osteoporosis and arthritis in some cases. white tea can actually help strengthen your entire immune system, and help it destroy harmful bacteria. White tea has been shown to kill the bacteria that causes plaque, tooth decay, and even bad breath. It can help to reduce high blood sugar, and thus help prevent or reduce the symptoms of diabetes. White tea will also reduce the workload on your body by giving a helping hand, thus improving your energy and reducing stress.

Black tea is also good to have.

But qty is very important to maintain 1-2 cup in a day in good. Because caffeine food are not good for life.
