Eating fast is not at all good compare to slow eating as it releases the hormone in gut which gives the feeling of fullness.It is not at all in fast eating which results in overeating.and a barrier in weight loss.

NO doubt , Fast foods are high calories which not good for health, it contains trans fat, high in salt which increases cholesterol & cause fluid retain & worse edema, Dried fried foods are causes heart burn , acidity, etc. The fast like flavor enhancers, stabilizers, junk foods, processed foods are causes stress, insomnia, etc.
