    Yes , it is safe to drink everyday. Aloe vera contains many vitamins , minerals (vitaminC, B-complex vitamins, iron , copper, calcium,potassium & manganese). It is cooling & soothing properties which treating for burns , many skin problems. It also have many health benefits like improves digestion, improves blood circulation, pain relief & detoxification.
