What can you eat if you are intolerant to lactose?

    Anything except milk products! I'm sure you already knew that.  Fruits and vegetables are the best bet as they contain excellent minerals and they are not too heavy on the digestive system. You can also go in for salads and things like that as well. If you like meat, then stick to chicken and include more fish based foods into your diet. You don't necessarily have to avoid milk completely and you can opt for lactose free milk of skimmed milk instead of regular milk. You can also eat lentils and other sprouts as they are good for the body and they do not affect your digestion too much.

    In addition, you can have Soymilk, to improve your Calcium intake have nuts, small fishes with the bones.
