Induction phase atkin's diet menu

I am trying to follow a combination of lighter version of Atkin's and 3 hrs' diet. I am in the induction phase right now. So, I need 3 full hi-protein, very low on carbs Indian meals ( breakfast, lunch & dinner) and 2 snacks of the same variety. I am thinking of an omelette as one snack and a cucumber as another. ANy suggestions for the meals? Please bear in mind that I am in office from 9 am to 730 pm ( incl the travel time). Thanks a lot.
