Ideal protein diet recipes are those recipes that have adequate protein in them. Try the stir fry chicken if you are a non vegetarian, and stir fried bean curd if you are vegetarian. Both are protein rich and make ideal protein diet recipes. Take 5oz of lean meat or chicken, and saute it along with 1cup bok choy or Chinese greens, 1 cup fresh bean sprouts, 3 mushrooms, 1 clove minced garlic, some fresh ground pepper, sea salt for taste, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. Stir fry all these together over high flame, adding the necessary seasonings for taste. Top with chopped green onions. You can also make oatmeal muffins, tuna salads, and chicken vegetable soups.
