    whenever you crave for sugar , brush your teeth , or take a piece of cardomom , or clove and chew on it , also try sauf or any other mouth freshner. if you still feel like eating a sweet , then eat a churmura laddo.

    Here are some tips given below which will help you to stop sugar craving.
    # Eat a healthy diet that includes good fats such as coconut oil, olive oil and yes, even butter. Your body often craves sugar because you are lacking certain nutrients and fat-soluble vitamins.
    # Replace processed foods and refined starches with whole foods and sprouted (or fermented) breads.
    # Make sure you are getting enough protein. Adequate protein intake will often stop sugar cravings.
    # Eat an apple or other piece of fruit when your sugar cravings are at their worst.
    # Drink plenty of water, and bring water with you to sip, as proper hydration will help stop some sugar cravings. Sometimes, your body's need for water is interpreted as a desire for sugar
