Stop thinking about food all the time. Why would you google something like that? Stopping an addiction like that is a personal thing and you should be able to figure things out for yourself. If you want to stop your addiction then you need the will power to restrain yourself from eating so much. Any type of junk food or something that is filled with cheese or butter should be avoided. Get yourself in the right mindset and only then will you able to stop being addicted to food. Drink a glass of water every time you think of food.
