    whilke eating out , make sure your order for a right healthy item. you can order a brown bread veggie sandwich with ice tea or any fruit juice, or have steamed foods like idli or dhokla with chutney, you can order for a vegetable soup and salad before ordering the main course , and order a side dish for your main course
