Here are some of the goodbye sugar cravings:

1: Choose fruit in place of sweets and processed foods.

2: Keep the sweets out of the house. This is really the #1 diet secret – if its not in your house, you simply can’t eat it. Do your best to keep the junk out.

3: Make it a routine. Eat sugar free gums, brush your teeth, go for a walk whenever there is a craving.

4: Change your mindset. Read books and educate yourself on what are the harmful effects of over intake of sweets. Awareness has to be created if none.

5: If you really, truly want to lose fat, you won’t let others make you feel guilty for your decisions. Surround yourself with positive people. Get rid of the toxic ones in your life.

Controlling your sugar craving is all a mind game. By varying your behavior, you can successfully fight these cravings. If you come across a trigger, just stop doing whatever you are doing and do something else for 15 minutes like call a friend or write an email. Distraction helps you lose attention from your cravings. Also make sure that you keep yourself busy most of the time. This way you will never get time to crave for food. You can also try to wait for a few minutes when the craving strikes as they don't last long.
