    hi nancy , 10 kgs in 2 months is a little 2 much . its ideal to lose around 3 kg per month so you need to set your goal right , there is no point in ruushing for weight loss, as you would want to look slim on a permanent basis and not temporarily rite ... ? + yoy havent mentioned you age , your activity level and if you ar doing any exercise or even abiut any medical history. so its hard to recommend diet chart in such a case. remember to cut down on all fatty foods and use as minimum of oil in cooking as possible. also increase your fiber intake, by adding lots of raw fruits and veggies in you regime. avoid salt , too much salt will make it difficult for you to lose weight. have green leafy veggies and good amount of protein thru skimmed milk and boiled rggs, grilled fishes and lean meat.

    It is little hard to reduce the 10kg in 2 months. Normally you can lose 2-3kg by healthy way- diet restrict, lifestyle modification & physical activity. Most important thing motivation & set the goal how much you want to lose ur weight. Include plenty of fibers , fat burning, protein food are more important. Cut down the refined foods, fatty , empty calories foods, saturated foods, trans foods, try to reduce or avoid eating out habits, use low fat milk & milk products. Sleep well for 7-8hrs in a day. Drink plenty of H2o, reduce salt, sugar & oil intake.
