    You don have to prepare protein rich foods. Foods that are rich in protein can be eaten in any way that you normally eat them. There is no specific way that you can use to prepare a protein rich food. Take eggs for example, they are rich in protein and there are several ways to eat them. You can boil them or fry them or even eat them raw. Other things such as chicken and fish have to be cooked well and you can use any method you like. There are no restrictions regarding this as aspect. Hope that helps.

    Apart from non-vegetarian source of protein, good amount of protein is found in pulses, legumes and milk and milk products. All the dals and beans contain good amount of protein. Soya bean is one of the richest source of protein. Tofu which is the by product of soya bean is a good protein source. Milk products like cheese, cottage cheese or paneer are good protein source. To get the maximum nutrient of any food product prefer to have in grilled, roasted or baked form.
