What are negative calorie foods? Per say, there are no negative calorie foods. Everything contains some amount of calories. The closest thing you can get to negative calorie foods are foods that require more calories to burn them while digesting. This ensures that your body does not store any fat and it helps you stay fit. Fruits and vegetables top the list of negative calorie and these are excellent when you are on a diet. Make sure that you add more spices to your cooking as this also helps in burning more calories. You can also ass tomatoes, leeks, lettuces, radishes, zucchini and turnips in your cooking.
