    Regular exercising prevents PMs, researchers has proved that aerobic exercise can prevents the premenstrual problems like lower concentration , behavioral changes. Taking proper balanced diet with calcium, vitamin & minerals. Avoid high intake of caffeine content foods to avoid such problems.
