There is no specific diet as such that you can follow to lose thigh and hip fat. I suppose a low fat diet with less red meat and no alcohol has it benefits. I’m sorry to say that all the yummy things that probably like have to be discarded. Stop eating ice creams, chocolates, pizzas and anything that even remotely resembles junk food. I know it’s not easy but, it’s the only way. Other than that, I can’t rally thing of anything else that you could possibly do.

I agree with ashima, By reducing fatty foods, oily foods, refined foods, High calories, you can maintain ur weight, reduces the thigh. But by doing exercise like cycling, climbing stairs for 45-60mins for 5 days in a week.
