    If you're in a hurry (it looks like you are, no wonder the crash!), leave all your worries and plunge into a crash diet. You'll have to stop eating all items that have fat, no matter how tempting they might be. Do not have great expectations as they may not always work the way you want it to. Choose the right type of crash diet, and make sure it is suitable to you. Drink and eat nutritional items that give you strength, otherwise you might end up fainting regularly. Even crash diets show results only with time. It's insane to expect results in a few days and you will end up killing yourself or getting depressed and going on an eating binge after that. Good luck.

    A Crash diet means typically restricting calorie intake . It is meant to get rapit weight loss. Specifically it implies a lack of concern for proper nutrition. Many crash diets required to consume below 1200 calories per day. Even some people goes below 1000 calories per day. This can reduce the weight fast but they face too many nutritional diorders. So better go for balanced diet & cardio exercise for weight loss which include all kind of nutrition for health.

    A crash diet is basically a very low calorie diet. Its means not taking any kind of high calorie food items. Though, by following crash diet weight loss will be there, but its a Big No No to advice because of the above mentioned consequences.
