You'll have to stop eating all items that have fat, no matter how tempting they might be. Do not have great expectations as they may not always work the way you want it to. Choose the right type of crash diet, and make sure it is suitable to you. Drink and eat nutritional items that give you strength, otherwise you might end up fainting regularly. Even crash diets show results only with time. It's insane to expect results in a few days and you will end up killing yourself or getting depressed and going on an eating binge after that. Good luck.
