    It’s absolutely essential to ensure that you consume enough iron in your diet. Iron helps you to beat fatigue and prevents anemia. You can easily get your requirement of iron through your daily diet. Eggs are an excellent source of iron, so include an egg in your breakfast menu. Meat proteins are iron-rich and lean red meat and liver are often prescribed for patients who suffer from low hemoglobin levels. Vegetables such as spinach, broccoli and collards are full of iron. If you need to increase your consumption of iron, be sure to have a mix of iron rich red meat as well as vegetables. This will help your body to absorb the iron more easily.

    To get iron in diet.You should include foods rich in tion in your diet. Foods which contain iron in them are as follows-
    # Green leafy of the cabbage family, such as broccoli, kale, turnip greens, and collards,Spinach
    # legumes, such as lima beans and green peas; dry beans and peas, such as pinto beans, black-eyed peas, and canned baked beans
    # iron-enriched white bread, pasta, rice, and cereals
    # meats - beef, pork, lamb, liver, and other organ meats
    # poultry - chicken, duck, turkey, liver (especially dark meat)
    # fish - shellfish, including clams, mussels, and oysters, sardines, anchovies
    # yeast-leavened whole-wheat bread and rolls

    Dates, jaggery, rice flakes, brown rice, dry fruits, nuts are good source of iron. Vitamin C is help you to improve your absorption of iron from your diet. Avoid caffeine foods, alcohol, smoking.
